How to Connect Your PayPal Account to Receive Direct Payments
Connecting your PayPal account allows buyers to pay for your Zinns using PayPal, and once connected you can also enable card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through PayPal. Payments go instantly and directly into your PayPal account at the point

Connecting Your PayPal Account
Step 1: Go to Payment Settings
Log in to your Zinn Hub account and go to your Zinner Dashboard. Click Payment Settings under the Wizards heading.
Step 2: Enter Your PayPal Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your PayPal Business account. Make sure this is the correct email — this is where your payments will be sent. Press Save at the bottom of the page to save your PayPal email.
Step 3: Check for the Connection Email
An automated email is sent once you save in Step 2. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the correct email. If needed, you can click the clearly marked button in Payment Settings to resend the payment connection email.
Step 4: Open the Email
You will receive an email with a link to verify and connect your PayPal account. Click the link in the email to proceed. You should open the email in the same browser you are already logged in to Zinn Hub, or long press the button to copy the link and paste it into your browser.
Step 5: Complete the Verification Process
IMPORTANT: When you click the verification link, you will be taken to a page that shows "ANGEL EYE LLC" as the company requesting access. This is completely normal and expected. Angel Eye is our trusted payment processing partner that handles split PayPal integrations for marketplace platforms like Zinn Hub. Do not be alarmed — you are not connecting to an unknown or suspicious service. This is the correct and secure process to connect your PayPal account to Zinn Hub.
Follow the on-screen instructions to authorise the connection. Once complete, you will be redirected back to Zinn Hub and your PayPal account will be connected.
What Happens Once Connected
Once your PayPal is connected, buyers will see PayPal as a payment option at checkout on all your Zinns. You can also choose to enable card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through your PayPal account, giving buyers even more ways to pay. Payments go instantly and directly into your PayPal balance at the point of sale minus platform commission. There is no waiting period and no funds held by Zinn Hub.
Enabling Card Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay Through PayPal
Once your PayPal is connected, you may have the option to enable additional payment methods through PayPal including card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Check your PayPal business account settings to enable these options. This gives your buyers the widest possible range of payment methods at checkout.
Resending the Connection Email
If you did not receive the connection email or the link has expired:
Updating Your PayPal Email Address
If you entered the wrong email address or need to change which PayPal account receives payments:
The system will send a fresh connection request to your updated email address. You will need to complete the verification process again to activate the new PayPal account.

- Check your inbox and spam folder for the new email
Updating Your PayPal Email Address
If you entered the wrong email address or need to change which PayPal account receives payments:
- Go to your Zinner Dashboard
- Click Payment Settings under the Wizards heading
- Update the PayPal email address field with your correct email
- Save your changes
- Click to send a new payment connection email
- Complete the verification process again using the new email
The system will send a fresh connection request to your updated email address. You will need to complete the verification process again to activate the new PayPal account.
Important Notes
- You must have a PayPal Business account to receive payments
- The email you enter must match your PayPal account email exactly
- Until you complete the connection process, PayPal payments through your own account will not be active — however buyers can still purchase your Zinns as payments are processed through Zinn Hub's platform accounts instead, with your earnings paid out weekly every Friday
- If you also connect Stripe, buyers will see both card and PayPal options at checkout and you receive instant payments regardless of how they pay
- If you see "ANGEL EYE LLC" during verification, this is our payment partner and is completely safe and expected
