Getting Started as a Zinner — How to Start Selling on Zinn Hub

Getting started is quick — registration is instant, there are no upfront costs, and your first $500 in sales is completely commission-free!

How It Works

When you register as a Zinner, your account is approved instantly — no waiting around. You get immediate access to your Zinner Dashboard where three setup wizards guide you through everything: Payment Settings to connect your payment accounts, My Store to build your public storefront, and Zinn Wizard to create your first service listing. Your first Zinn is reviewed for quality and policy compliance before it goes live, but your account is ready to set up straight away.


Step 1: Register as a Zinner

Go to zinnhub.com/zinner-registration/ and complete the registration form. Choose a username, enter your email address, create a strong password, choose your store name, and write a brief store description explaining what services you plan to offer. Agree to the Terms of Service and submit your registration.

Your account is approved instantly and you will receive an email confirming your Zinner account is active. Log in at zinnhub.com/zinner-login/ to access your Zinner Dashboard.

Tips for a strong registration:


  • Choose a professional store name that reflects your brand or services

  • Write a clear, specific store description — mention the types of services you offer

  • Use a real, professional email address you check regularly



Step 2: Connect Your Payment Accounts

This is the first thing to do in your Zinner Dashboard. Click Payment Settings under the Wizards heading to set up how you get paid.

Connect Stripe (optional) — Click Connect with Stripe and follow Stripe's onboarding process. You will verify your identity, enter your business or personal information, and add your bank account. Once connected, you receive instant payments directly to your bank when buyers pay by card.

Connect PayPal (optional) — Enter your PayPal email address and save. Once connected, you receive instant PayPal payments at the point of sale. You can also enable card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through your PayPal account, giving buyers even more ways to pay.

We strongly recommend connecting at least one, and ideally both. This gives your buyers the widest range of payment options and means you get paid instantly


If you choose not to connect your own accounts, buyers still see full payment options at checkout — payments are processed through Zinn Hub's platform accounts instead and your earnings are paid out weekly every Friday to your choice of PayPal, cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC), UK bank transfer, SEPA (Europe), US bank wire, or Payoneer.


Connecting Stripe or PayPal also triggers KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification, which helps build trust with buyers on the platform.


Step 3: Set Up Your Store with My Store Wizard

Click My Store under the Wizards heading in your Zinner Dashboard. The My Store wizard walks you through seven steps to build your public storefront. It saves automatically at every step so you can complete it over multiple sessions.

Step 1 — Profile: Enter your first name, last name, and the languages you speak.

Step 2 — Store Info: Set your store name (this becomes your store URL at zinnhub.com/store/your-store-name), add an optional website link, write your store description, and enable pre-sales messages so buyers can contact you before ordering.

Step 3 — Contact and Location: Add your phone number and address, configure your opening hours, and set up vacation mode for when you need a break.

Step 4 — Store Design: Upload your store banner (recommended 1200 x 300 pixels, PNG or JPG) and your store icon or logo. Both are important for a professional-looking storefront.

Step 5 — Social Media: Add links for Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Telegram. Social links build buyer trust and help promote your brand.

Step 6 — Policies: Set your Privacy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping, and Returns and Refunds policies. If you leave any field blank it automatically falls back to Zinn Hub's default platform policies.

Step 7 — SEO and Visibility: Set your SEO title, meta description, and keywords for search engines. Configure your social share cards for Facebook and X. Add an optional Google Analytics tracking ID.

Once complete, your storefront is live at your unique store URL. You can share this link on social media, in email signatures, on your website, or anywhere you promote your freelance work. You can come back and edit any step at any time.


Step 4: Create Your First Zinn

Click Zinn Wizard under the Wizards heading in your Zinner Dashboard (or go directly to zinnhub.com/zinn-wizard/). The Zinn Creation Wizard guides you through 10 steps to create a professional service listing.

Step 1 — Basics: Set your Zinn title, choose a service category, add tags, and select the product type (one-time or subscription).

Step 2 — Description: Write a short description for search results and a full description explaining your service in detail.

Step 3 — Pricing: Set your price. For subscriptions, configure the billing period, interval, and optional sign-up fee or free trial.

Step 4 — Media: Upload a featured image and gallery photos to showcase your service and examples of past work.

Step 5 — Service Details: Set 10 service attributes (availability, country, languages, NDA, project sizes, response time, revisions, video consultations, years of experience) that help buyers find you through filters.

Step 6 — Delivery and Requirements: Set your delivery timeframe and create requirement questions that buyers answer after purchasing so you have everything you need to start work.

Step 7 — Extras and Add-ons: Add optional paid upgrades and add-ons that buyers can select at checkout. This is how you offer tiered packages like Basic, Standard, and Premium.

Step 8 — Comparison Table: The wizard automatically generates a comparison table from your pricing and extras. Review and edit it before moving on.

Step 9 — Custom Info Fields: Add additional display-only information to showcase package details, portfolios, credentials, and more.

Step 10 — Final Touches: Review everything, add a thank you note, optionally add a portfolio URL, and publish your Zinn.

Once you publish, your listing is reviewed by our team for accuracy, professionalism, and policy compliance. Once approved, your Zinn goes live and you are ready to start receiving orders.


Bringing Reviews from Another Platform?

If you already have reviews on Fiverr, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, or another marketplace, you do not have to start from scratch.
