Common Edits
Updating Price (Step 3 — Pricing)
Adjust your pricing based on demand, complexity, or market rates. If you're on one-time pricing, you can also add a sale price with optional scheduling for limited-time promotions. If you want to switch to subscription pricing, change the product type in Step 1 first.
Changing Delivery Time (Step 6 — Delivery & Requirements)
Extend or reduce your delivery timeframe based on your current availability and workload. Remember: it's better to set a realistic timeframe than to overpromise and deliver late.
Improving Your Description (Step 2 — Description)
Refine your short and full descriptions based on buyer feedback or questions you frequently receive. Use the rich text editor to add formatting, headings, and structure that makes your listing easy to scan.
Adding or Removing Extras (Step 7 — Extras/Add-Ons)
Update your optional paid extras based on what buyers request. If you notice clients regularly asking for something that isn't included, consider adding it as an extra.
Updating Requirements (Step 6 — Delivery & Requirements)
Add questions you find yourself asking buyers after every order. The better your requirements, the fewer back-and-forth messages you'll need. You can save your requirements as a template to reuse across other Zinns.
Updating Images (Step 4 — Media)
Swap out your featured image or add new gallery images as your portfolio grows. Fresh, high-quality images help your listing stand out.
Updating Service Details (Step 5 — Service Details)
Keep your service attributes current — availability, response time, languages, experience level, and more. These are used by marketplace filters, so accurate details help the right buyers find you.
Duplicating a Zinn
Creating a similar service? Duplicate instead of starting from scratch:
- Find the Zinn you want to duplicate in your dashboard
- Click Duplicate
- A copy is created as a draft
- The wizard opens so you can edit the details
- Publish when ready
Great for:
- Creating tiered services (Basic / Standard / Premium)
- Seasonal variations of existing services
- Similar services with slight differences in scope or pricing
Pausing a Zinn
Need to temporarily stop taking orders for a specific Zinn?
- Find the Zinn in your dashboard
- Edit it and change the status to Draft
- Save your changes
The Zinn remains in your list but won't be visible to buyers or accept new orders. Set it back to Published when you're ready to take orders again.
This is useful when you're on holiday, at capacity with current orders, or want to temporarily remove a service without losing all the work you put into creating it.
Deleting a Zinn
To permanently remove a Zinn:
- Go to your Zinner Dashboard
- Find the Zinn
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Warning: This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you think you might want the listing back later, set it to Draft instead of deleting it.
Zinn Limits
Your membership plan determines how many Zinns you can have active.
Your current usage is shown at the top of your Zinner Dashboard with clear counters for storage (MB), files, and Zinns. If you've reached your limit, you'll need to upgrade your membership to create more.
Need more? Upgrade your membership from your dashboard settings.

Beyond Standard Listings — Custom Offers
If a client needs something that doesn't fit your standard Zinns, you can send them a Custom Offer — a personalised quote with a direct checkout link. Custom Offers are perfect for bespoke work, negotiated pricing, or converting a conversation into a paid order.
Find Custom Offers in your Zinner Dashboard navigation menu, or learn more in the Custom Offers knowledge base article.
