Accessing Your Dashboard
Open your dashboard hub at https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/ and log in, then choose your Zinner Dashboard — or go straight to https://zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/. If you hold more than one role, use the Switch Role toggle at the top of the menu to move between your Buyer, Zinner and Ambassador dashboards.Dashboard Home
When you land on the dashboard you'll see a snapshot of how your store is doing — your earnings, order statistics, recent orders and your latest Zinns — so you can see your performance at a glance.
Your Store & Listings
- My Store — the My Store wizard, where you manage your public storefront: store name, description, banner, icon, social links, contact details, opening hours, store policies, SEO settings and Vacation Mode. This is the starting point for every new Zinner before creating a first listing.
- My Zinns — manage all your service listings. See which are live, pending review or in draft, duplicate an existing Zinn as a starting point, and remove ones you no longer offer. To create a new Zinn, use the Add Zinn button to open the Zinn Creation Wizard.
- Reviews — the reviews buyers have left on your Zinns and your store.
- Membership — your Zinn Hub membership plan and its benefits.
Orders & Selling
- Orders — all your current and past orders. Open any order to see the buyer's details, what they purchased, their submitted requirements, the order timeline and the order chat. This is where you manage active work.
- Custom Offers — create and send personalised private quotes, view incoming offer requests from buyers, manage your sent offers, and save and load offer templates.
- Projects — browse open projects buyers have posted and send proposals to win the work.
- Subscriptions — your active, paused and cancelled subscription orders, so you can track recurring revenue and manage ongoing subscribers.
- Calls — schedule and join voice and video calls with buyers, ideal for consultations and pre-sales chats.
- Disputes — any cancellation or dispute cases on your orders, and where you respond to them.
Messages & Notifications
- Messages — your Zinn Messages inbox for talking with buyers before and during orders, including voice and video calls.
- Notifications — order updates, new messages and platform announcements in one feed.
Earnings, Payouts & Wallet
- Earnings — your sales data, order statistics, earnings history and performance trends over time. Use it to track growth and see which Zinns perform best.
- Payouts — request and track your payouts.
- Payment Setup — connect and manage how you get paid, including your Zinn Wallet, PayPal, card/bank payouts and cryptocurrency.
- Wallet — your Zinn Wallet balance, where you can top up, spend across the platform, and see funds credited from refunds.
Account, Tools & Help
- Account & Security — your profile, photo, email, password, two-factor authentication and billing address, all applying across your whole account.
- Tools — handy extras and utilities to help you run and grow your store.
- Guides — step-by-step guides to every part of the platform.
- Support — raise a support ticket and track it to resolution.
Tips
- Check your Orders and Messages regularly so you never miss a new order or a buyer's question.
- Keep your My Store information up to date — buyers visit your storefront before deciding whether to order, so a complete, professional store makes a real difference.
- If you're ever unsure where to find something, the Guides section and the Help Centre cover every part of the dashboard.
