Your Zinner Dashboard
Your Zinner Dashboard is your control centre for everything on Zinn Hub — managing your store, creating listings, handling orders, tracking earnings, and configuring your account. Access it at any time by going to zinnhub.com/zinner-dashboard/ and logging in with your credentials.

Dashboard Overview
When you first land on the dashboard you will see a summary of your store's performance including your earnings, order statistics, recent orders, and your latest Zinns. This gives you a quick snapshot of how your store is doing at a glance.

Main Menu Sections
My Store opens the My Store wizard where you manage your public storefront — your store name, description, banner, icon, social links, contact details, opening hours, store policies, SEO settings, and Vacation Mode. This is the starting point for all new Zinners before creating their first Zinn listing.

Zinns is where you manage all your service listings. From here you can view all your Zinns, see which are live, pending review, or in draft, duplicate an existing Zinn as a starting point for a new one, and delete listings you no longer offer. To create a new Zinn, use the Zinn Creation Wizard via the Add Zinn link at the top of the dashboard.

Custom Offers is where you create and send personalised private quotes to specific clients, view incoming offer requests from buyers, manage your sent offers and their statuses, and save and load offer templates. Full details are in the Custom Offers article.

Service Orders shows all your current and past orders. Click any order to view the buyer's details, what they purchased, their submitted requirements, the order timeline, and the order chat. This is where you manage all active work and communicate with buyers during orders.

Subscriptions lists all your active, paused, and cancelled subscription orders so you can monitor your recurring revenue and manage ongoing subscriber relationships.

Reports shows your sales data, order statistics, earnings history, and performance trends over time. Use this to track your growth and understand which Zinns are performing best.

Coupons lets you create discount codes for your Zinns. You can set percentage or fixed amount discounts, usage limits, expiry dates, and restrict codes to specific products. Useful for promotions, rewarding repeat buyers, or running limited-time offers.

Payouts is where you manage cryptocurrency payment payouts. For Stripe and PayPal orders payment is instant at the point of purchase, but for crypto orders you request your payout here and it is processed every Friday.

Settings covers your account-level configuration including your payment account connections for Stripe and PayPal, notification preferences, and other account settings.

Tips
Check your Service Orders regularly so you never miss a new order or a message from a buyer. Keep your My Store information up to date — buyers visit your storefront before deciding whether to order, so a complete and professional store makes a real difference.
