Setting Up Your Store with the My Store Wizard

Your store is your public-facing page on Zinn Hub — it is where buyers see your brand, browse your listings, and decide whether to work with you. Everything about how your store looks and operates is configured through the My Store wizard in your Zinner Dashboard.

To access it, click My Store in the left-hand navigation menu of your dashboard. The wizard has seven steps and saves your progress automatically at each one, so you can complete it over multiple sessions and come back to edit any step at any time.

Step 1 — Profile
Your first name, last name, and the languages you speak. These are required fields and form the foundation of your public identity on the platform.

Step 2 — Store Info
This is where you set your store name, which becomes part of your unique store URL in the format zinnhub.com/store/your-store-name. Choose something professional, memorable, and ideally reflective of what you do.

Your store description also lives here. This appears on your public storefront and is your opportunity to tell buyers who you are, what services you offer, your experience and expertise, and why they should choose you over other Zinners.

Example: "Professional graphic designer with 8 years of experience creating logos, brand identities, and marketing materials. I specialise in modern, clean designs that help businesses stand out. Fast turnaround, clear communication, and revisions until you are happy."

Step 2 also includes an optional external website or portfolio link, and the toggle to enable pre-sales messages so buyers can contact you before placing an order. This is enabled by default and recommended.

Step 3 — Contact and Location
Your phone number and address if you want to share them, the option to set up opening hours, and Vacation Mode if you need to temporarily pause your store. See the Vacation Mode article for full details on how that works.

Step 4 — Store Design
Where you upload your store banner and store icon. The banner is the header image displayed across the top of your storefront — the recommended size is 1200 x 300 pixels in PNG or JPG format. Keep it clean, professional, and uncluttered, and make sure any text is readable at smaller sizes.

Your store icon is the profile image shown next to your listings across the marketplace. Use a professional photo or logo, minimum 300 x 300 pixels, and make sure it looks good at small sizes since it appears as a thumbnail in many places.

Both the banner and icon are required for a complete and professional-looking store, so do not skip Step 4.

Step 5 — Social Media
Add links or usernames for Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Telegram. Social links appear on your store page and help buyers verify that you are a real, active professional with a presence beyond the platform. They build credibility, showcase your work elsewhere, and can drive traffic in both directions.

Step 6 — Policies
Your store policies including Privacy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping, and Returns and Refunds. These appear on every one of your Zinns under the Policy tab. If you leave any policy field blank it automatically falls back to Zinn Hub's default platform policies, so you do not need to write anything you are happy to defer to the platform on.

Step 7 — SEO and Visibility
Your store SEO title, meta description, and focus keywords for search engine visibility. Also includes your Facebook and X social share card settings, an optional store notice that displays prominently on your storefront, and an optional Google Analytics tracking ID if you want to monitor your store traffic.

Previewing Your Store
After saving any step, you can view your public storefront by visiting your store URL directly at zinnhub.com/store/your-store-name. Check how it looks on both desktop and mobile to make sure your banner, icon, description, and listings all display as intended.
