Accessing Store Settings

  1. Go to your Zinner Dashboard

  2. Click Settings

  3. Select Store or Store Settings


Store Information
Store Name
Your business name that appears on your storefront and listings.

Tips:


  • Keep it professional

  • Make it memorable

  • Reflect what you do (optional)


Store Description
Tell buyers about yourself and your services. This appears on your storefront.

Include:


  • What services you offer

  • Your experience and expertise

  • Why clients should choose you

  • Your approach to work


Example:


"Professional graphic designer with 8 years of experience creating logos, brand identities, and marketing materials. I specialize in modern, clean designs that help businesses stand out. Fast turnaround, unlimited revisions until you're happy, and always responsive communication."


Store Slug/URL
Your unique store URL (e.g., zinnhub.com/store/yourname).

Store Branding
Store Banner
The header image on your storefront.

Recommended size: 1200 x 300 pixels
Tips:


  • Use professional imagery

  • Include your logo or name

  • Keep it clean and uncluttered

  • Ensure text is readable


Store Logo/Icon
Your profile image shown next to your listings.

Recommended: Square image, at least 300 x 300 pixels
Tips:


  • Use a professional photo or logo

  • Ensure it looks good at small sizes

  • Be consistent with your branding


Contact Information
Store Email
Email for store-related communications.

Store Phone (Optional)
Business phone number if you want to share it.

Store Address (Optional)
Physical location if relevant to your services.

Social Links
Add your social media profiles to build trust:


  • Website/Portfolio

  • Twitter/X

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

  • Other relevant platforms


Why add social links:


  • Builds credibility

  • Shows your work elsewhere

  • Helps buyers verify you're real

  • Can drive traffic both ways


SEO Settings
Optimize your store for search:

Store SEO Title
How your store appears in search results.

Store Meta Description
Brief description for search engines.

Focus Keywords
Keywords relevant to your services.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Your policy on order cancellations.

Refund Policy
When and how you handle refunds.

(Note: Platform policies also apply)

Save Changes
Always click Save or Update after making changes!

Preview Your Store
After saving, view your public storefront to see how it looks to buyers:


  1. Find "View Store" or your store URL

  2. Check appearance on different devices

  3. Ensure everything displays correctly
