What Are Wizards?

Wizards are guided, step-by-step setup tools inside your Zinner Dashboard. Instead of filling in complicated forms or figuring things out on your own, each wizard breaks the process into simple, clearly labelled steps and walks you through one at a time. Every step saves automatically as you go so you never lose your work. You can complete a wizard in one sitting or come back over multiple sessions — it picks up exactly where you left off.

You will find all three wizards under the Wizards heading in your Zinner Dashboard menu. Each one has a specific purpose and together they cover everything you need to start selling.


The Three Wizards

Payment Settings

This is where you connect your payment accounts and configure how you get paid. You can connect your own Stripe account for instant card payments, your own PayPal account for instant PayPal payments, or both. Connecting your own accounts means you get paid instantly at the point of sale — money goes directly into your account the moment a buyer completes checkout. If you choose not to connect your own accounts, buyers still see full payment options at checkout as payments are processed through Zinn Hub's platform accounts instead, with your earnings paid out automatically every Friday to your choice of six payout methods: PayPal, cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC), UK bank transfer, SEPA (Europe), US bank wire, or Payoneer. Connecting Stripe or PayPal also triggers identity verification through KYC which builds trust with buyers. We recommend doing this first.

My Store

This is where you build your public storefront — your shop window on Zinn Hub. The My Store wizard has seven steps: your profile details and languages, your store name and description, contact information and opening hours, your store banner and icon, social media links, store policies, and SEO settings. Once complete, you get your own unique store URL at zinnhub.com/store/your-store-name that you can share on social media, in email signatures, on your website, or anywhere you promote your work. Every step is optional to start with so you can get set up quickly and come back to polish things later.

Zinn Wizard

This is where you create and edit your service listings. The Zinn Wizard has ten steps: title and category, description, pricing, images, service attributes, delivery and requirements, extras and add-ons, comparison table, custom information fields, and final review. It guides you through building a professional listing from scratch, including automatically generating a comparison table from your pricing and packages. You can also import reviews from other platforms like Fiverr or Upwork during the creation process so you do not have to start from scratch. Once published, your Zinn is reviewed by our team before going live.


How Quick Is It Really?

Most Zinners complete all three wizards and have their first listing published within 30 minutes. Here is a realistic breakdown:


  • Payment Settings — 5 to 10 minutes if connecting Stripe (includes their onboarding), 2 minutes if just entering your PayPal email, or skip it entirely for now and use platform payments

  • My Store — 10 to 15 minutes for a complete storefront, or 5 minutes if you fill in the essentials and come back for the rest later

  • Zinn Wizard — 10 to 20 minutes for your first listing depending on how detailed your service is


You do not have to complete everything perfectly the first time. Every wizard lets you edit any step at any time so you can publish quickly and refine later.


The Recommended Setup Order


  1. Payment Settings — Connect Stripe and/or PayPal so you are ready to receive payments from day one

  2. My Store — Build your storefront so buyers can see your brand, bio, and policies

  3. Zinn Wizard — Create your first service listing and publish it for review


This is the order we recommend but there is no strict requirement. You can complete the wizards in any order that suits you.


Tracking Your Earnings with My Payouts

Once you start making sales, you can track everything through the My Payouts menu item in your Zinner Dashboard. My Payouts shows your complete earnings history, the status of each payment, and details of upcoming Friday payouts for platform-managed payments. You can see at a glance how much you have earned, what has been paid out, and what is pending. If you need to export your sales data for accounting or tax purposes, you can do that from here too.
