What This Guide Covers

This guide explains how you receive your earnings when a customer pays for your products or services using cryptocurrency.

Note: Regular payments (credit card, PayPal, etc.) are processed differently and paid directly to your connected account. This guide is specifically for orders where the customer (Zinnector) chose to pay with crypto.

How Crypto Order Payouts Work
When a customer pays for your product using cryptocurrency, those funds are held in your Zinn Hub account balance. Unlike regular payments, crypto earnings require you to:

  1. Set up how you want to receive crypto payouts (Crypto wallet, PayPal, or Bank Transfer)

  2. Request a withdrawal from your dashboard

  3. Receive your payout on the next Friday processing date

Payout Options for Crypto Earnings
You can choose how you want to receive your crypto earnings. Configure your preference in Dashboard → Settings → Payments Tab.

Option 1: Receive Crypto Directly to Your Own Wallet
If you want to receive cryptocurrency payments directly to your own crypto wallet, set up one or more wallet addresses in the Payouts Tab. When you request a withdrawal, we'll send your crypto earnings to the wallet you specify.

Option 2: Receive Crypto Earnings as PayPal or Bank Transfer
Don't want to deal with cryptocurrency? No problem. You can receive your crypto earnings via PayPal or Bank Transfer instead. Simply:

  1. Set up your PayPal or Bank Transfer details in the Payouts Tab

  2. Do not add any crypto wallets

We will then convert and pay out your crypto earnings to your selected PayPal or Bank Transfer method. The amount you will receive under this method will be the rate at point of sale or the day of transfer, whichever is lower.

In short: If you don't have any crypto wallets set up, we will automatically pay your crypto earnings to your other selected method (PayPal or Bank Transfer).

We do not charge any withdrawal fees for any payout method.

Adding Cryptocurrency Wallets

If you want to receive your crypto earnings directly as cryptocurrency, you'll need to add at least one wallet address.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

Payout Options

USDT TRC20 (TRON network) - Recommended, fees around $1

USDT BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) - Best for Binance users, fees around $0.10

USDC Solana - Very low fees around $0.01

USDC Polygon - Very low fees around $0.01

You can receive payouts in the following stablecoins. Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar, meaning $100 earned equals $100 received with no price fluctuation.

USDT (Tether) is available on TRC20 (TRON network) which is recommended for most users with low fees around $1, or BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) which is best for Binance users with very low fees around $0.10.

USDC (USD Coin) is available on Solana with very low fees around $0.01, or Polygon with very low fees around $0.01.

We recommend USDT TRC20 for most users as it offers the best balance of low fees and wide wallet compatibility. If you use Binance, USDT BEP20 is an excellent choice with the lowest fees.
How to Add a Wallet

In the Crypto Payout Options section:

  1. Select Your Preferred Payout Currency – Choose USDT or USDC

  2. Select the Network – Choose TRC20, BEP20, Solana, or Polygon depending on your preference

  3. Add a Label (Optional) – Give your wallet a name like "Trust Wallet" or "Binance" to help identify it

  4. Paste Your Wallet Address – Copy your address directly from your wallet app and paste it carefully

  5. Click "Add Wallet Address"

  6. Click "Save Changes" – Don't forget to save your settings!

Important: Network Matching

Your wallet address must match the network you select. Sending funds to the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds that cannot be recovered.

TRC20 addresses start with the letter T. BEP20, Polygon and other EVM addresses start with 0x. Solana addresses are a long string of letters and numbers.

Always double-check that your wallet supports the network you have selected before saving.

Adding Multiple Wallets

You can add multiple wallet addresses for different purposes:

Different stablecoins – Add one wallet for USDT, another for USDC.

Different networks – Add separate wallets for USDT on TRC20 vs BEP20.

Different purposes – One for regular withdrawals, one for long-term savings.

Requesting a Withdrawal

There is no need to request a withdrawal, we automatically pay out all crypto sales due to you on a Friday to your saved pay-out method. This is subject to a minimum balance of $50 being owed to you, any amounts under this will roll over to the following week(s) until your balance is greater than $50. We do not charge any withdrawal fees.

⚠️ Important Warnings

Double-Check Your Wallet Address
CRITICAL: Always double-check your wallet address before saving. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you enter an incorrect wallet address, the funds will be sent to that address and cannot be recovered.

Zinn Hub is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses. Please ensure you copy and paste your address directly from your wallet application and verify it is correct before saving.

Network Selection
When adding wallets for tokens like USDT or USDC that exist on multiple networks, make sure you select the correct network. Sending tokens to an address on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds.

XRP Destination Tags
If you're using an exchange wallet for XRP, you will likely need a destination tag (memo). Without the correct destination tag, your funds may be lost or significantly delayed. Check with your exchange for the correct tag.
