Zinn Extras and Add-Ons

Zinn Extras are optional paid additions that buyers can select when purchasing your Zinn. They let buyers customise their order to get exactly what they need, while giving you a straightforward way to increase the value of each sale without creating multiple separate listings.

Common uses include faster delivery, extra revision rounds, source files, bonus deliverables, extended licences, and ongoing support packages.

Where to Set Up Your Extras
Zinn Extras are configured in Step 7 (Extras and Add-Ons) of the Zinn Creation Wizard. To add or edit extras on an existing Zinn, go to your Zinner Dashboard, open the Zinn in the wizard, and navigate to Step 7.

Click Add Extra to create a new one. You can add as many extras as you like.

Configuring Each Extra
Name should be a clear, specific description of what the buyer gets. Good examples are "Express 24-Hour Delivery", "3 Additional Revision Rounds", "Include Source Files", or "Social Media Kit". Avoid vague names — buyers need to understand immediately what they are purchasing.

Price is the additional cost on top of your base Zinn price. This is additive — if your Zinn costs $75 and the extra costs $25, the buyer pays $100 total. All prices must be tax inclusive.

Delivery Days adjusts the delivery timeframe when this extra is selected. Use a positive number to add time for extras that require more work, or a negative number to reduce the delivery time for express options. Leave it at zero if the extra does not affect delivery.

Description gives buyers a brief explanation of what is included. Keep it concise and specific — for example "Add 3 extra revision rounds beyond what is included in the standard package" or "Receive the original source files in PSD, AI, and DOCX format so you can make future edits yourself."

Common Extra Examples
Express Delivery — Charge a premium for priority turnaround. Set a negative delivery day adjustment to reflect the faster timeline. This appeals to urgent buyers without affecting your standard pricing or timeline for everyone else.

Additional Revisions — Offer extra revision rounds beyond your standard allowance. You can offer multiple tiers such as 1 extra revision, 3 extra revisions, or unlimited revisions at different price points.

Source Files — Charge for the editable originals in formats like PSD, AI, or DOCX. Buyers who want to make future edits themselves will gladly pay for this.

Social Media Kit — Format the deliverable for multiple platforms. Add a delivery day adjustment if this requires extra time.

Extended Commercial Licence — Grant additional usage rights for commercial purposes including merchandise, advertising, or resale. This is a high-value extra that justifies a meaningful price.

30 Days Support — Offer post-delivery support for questions and minor adjustments. A popular extra for technical services.

Discovery or Consultation Call — A 30-minute call to discuss the project in detail before starting. Useful for complex services where understanding requirements upfront leads to better outcomes for both sides.

Pricing Your Extras
Calculate what each extra actually costs you in time and effort, then price accordingly. An extra revision round might be 30 minutes of work — price it to reflect that. Source files let the buyer edit your work indefinitely, which has lasting value and justifies a higher price. Check what other Zinners charge for similar extras to make sure you are in a reasonable range.

Avoid making extras too expensive as it feels like nickel-and-diming, but avoid making them too cheap as it devalues them. Bundled extras often work well as a deal — grouping source files, a social media kit, and 30 days of support into a single bundle at a slight discount can feel like better value than purchasing each separately.

Tips
Buyers can select multiple extras at once, so you do not need to create combination packages for every scenario. Keep your extras focused and clearly named so buyers can mix and match with confidence. If you offer tiered revision extras, make sure the pricing scales logically between tiers so buyers can see the value in upgrading.
