Order Lifecycle Overview
Every order follows these stages:

Purchase → Requirements → In Progress → Delivery → Acceptance → Complete

Stage 1: Purchase
What happens:

  • Buyer adds Zinn to cart

  • Buyer completes checkout

  • Payment is processed

  • Order is created

For Buyers: You'll receive order confirmation and be directed to submit requirements.
For Zinners: You'll receive notification of a new order.

Stage 2: Requirements Submission
What happens:

  • Buyer answers the Zinner's requirement questions

  • Buyer uploads any necessary files

  • Buyer submits requirements

Important: The order doesn't officially "start" until requirements are submitted. The delivery countdown begins after submission.

If requirements aren't submitted:

  • The buyer receives reminder notifications

  • The Zinner waits to begin work

  • After extended periods, the order may be subject to cancellation

Stage 3: In Progress
What happens:

  • Zinner has received requirements

  • Work begins

  • Delivery countdown is active

  • Both parties can communicate via order chat

For Buyers: Wait for delivery, check order chat for updates.
For Zinners: Complete the work, communicate progress as needed.

Stage 4: Delivery
What happens:

  • Zinner completes the work

  • Zinner submits final delivery with files

  • Buyer receives notification

For Buyers: Review the delivered work carefully.
For Zinners: Ensure everything is included and quality is high.

Stage 5: Acceptance/Revision
Option A: Accept

  • Buyer is satisfied

  • Clicks "Accept Delivery"

  • Order moves to completion

Option B: Request Revision

  • Buyer needs changes

  • Communicates via order chat

  • Zinner makes adjustments and re-delivers

Stage 6: Completion
What happens:

  • Order is marked complete

  • Zinner's earnings are finalized

  • Buyer can leave a review

  • Transaction is finished

Auto-Completion
If a buyer doesn't respond to a delivery within the auto-complete window:

  • The order automatically completes

  • This protects Zinners from unresponsive buyers

  • Buyers should review deliveries promptly to avoid this

Order Communication
Throughout the process, both parties can use Order Chat to:

  • Ask questions

  • Share updates

  • Clarify details

  • Resolve issues

All communication is logged for reference.
