Preparing for Delivery

Before delivering:

Review the requirements — Did you address everything?
Quality check — Is your work your best?
File check — Are all files correct and working?
Read the order description — Did you deliver what was promised?

How to Deliver

  1. Go to the order in your dashboard

  2. Click to view order details

  3. Find the delivery section

  4. Write a delivery message

  5. Upload your files

  6. Click Send Final Delivery

Writing a Delivery Message
Your message should include:

  • Confirmation of what's included

  • Any notes about the files

  • Instructions if needed

  • Thank you for their order

Example:

"Hi! I'm pleased to deliver your logo design. Attached you'll find:

  • Final logo in PNG, JPG, and SVG formats

  • Source file (AI)

  • Colour variations

Let me know if you need any adjustments. Thank you for choosing me!"

Uploading Files
When uploading:

  • Use clear file names

  • Organize files logically

  • Include all promised deliverables

  • Check file sizes and formats

Final Delivery Checkbox
When sending final delivery, you'll mark it as your final submission. This:

  • Notifies the buyer

  • Starts the acceptance window

  • Indicates you consider the work complete

After Delivery
Buyer Accepts
Order completes. Your earnings are released. You may receive a review.

Buyer Requests Revision
They need changes. See the Handling Revisions article.

No Response
If the buyer doesn't respond within the auto-complete period, the order may automatically complete.

Delivery Best Practices
Deliver Quality Work
Your reputation depends on consistent quality. Never rush just to meet a deadline if it compromises quality.

Over-Deliver When Possible
Small extras can lead to great reviews:

  • Additional file format

  • Bonus variations

  • Helpful documentation

  • Quick turnaround

Professional Presentation
How you deliver matters:

  • Clear, friendly message

  • Well-organized files

  • Professional file names (not "final_v3_REAL_final.jpg")

Follow Up
If you don't hear back in a day or two:

"Hi! Just checking if you received the delivery and if everything looks good. Let me know if you need anything!"
