How To Create A Coupon

1. Log in to your Zinner Dashboard


2. Navigate to the Coupons section


3. Click Add Coupon to create a new coupon


4. Enter your Coupon Code - this is what customers will type at checkout (e.g., SAVE10, WELCOME20, SUMMER2025)


5. Set the Discount Type - choose between a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount


6. Enter the Discount Amount - either the percentage (e.g., 10 for 10% off) or the fixed amount (e.g., 5 for £5 off)


7. Configure any additional settings (see below)


8. Save your coupon

Coupon Settings

You have several options to customise how your coupon works:

Usage Limits allow you to set how many times the coupon can be used in total, or limit it to one use per customer.

Expiry Date lets you set when the coupon will automatically expire and no longer work.

Minimum Spend requires customers to spend a minimum amount before the coupon can be applied.

Product Restrictions let you choose whether the coupon applies to all your Zinns or only specific ones.

Ways To Share Your Coupons

Once you've created a coupon, there are several effective ways to get it in front of customers:

Share Directly With Customers - If you have repeat customers or people enquiring about your services, you can share the coupon code with them directly through messages.

Include In Final Deliveries - When you submit the final delivery on an order, include a thank you message with a coupon code for their next order. This encourages repeat business and rewards customers for using your services.

Add To Your Store Notice - You can set a store notice that displays at the top of your Zinner store page. Add your coupon code here so every visitor sees your current promotion. For example: "Use code SAVE15 for 15% off all services this month!"

Promote On Social Media - Share your coupon codes on your social media channels to attract new customers. Create eye-catching posts announcing your discount and include your Zinn Hub store link so people can find you easily.

Email Marketing - If you have an email list or newsletter, include your coupon codes in your communications to drive traffic to your Zinn Hub store.

Setting Up A Store Notice

To add a store notice promoting your coupon:

1. Go to your Zinner Dashboard


2. Navigate to Store Settings


3. Find the Store Notice field


4. Enter your promotional message including the coupon code


5. Save your settings

Your notice will now appear at the top of your store page for all visitors to see.

Best Practices For Coupons

Choose memorable coupon codes that are easy to type and relate to the offer (WELCOME10, NEWYEAR25, FIRSTORDER). Set reasonable expiry dates to create urgency without being too restrictive. Track which coupons perform best so you can refine your promotions. Don't over-discount as this can devalue your services, but strategic discounts can significantly boost sales.

Managing Your Coupons

You can view, edit, or delete your coupons at any time from the Coupons section in your Zinner Dashboard. Keep an eye on usage to see which promotions are working best for your business.
