Viewing Your Orders
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account
- Click on Orders or Services
- See all your current and past orders
Understanding Order Statuses
Your order will display one of these statuses:
Awaiting Requirements
You haven't submitted your requirements yet. The Zinner is waiting for information to begin work.
Action needed: Submit your requirements.
In Progress / Processing
The Zinner has received your requirements and is working on your order. The countdown to delivery is active.
Action needed: None — wait for delivery or message if you have questions.
Delivered / Awaiting Acceptance
The Zinner has submitted final delivery. You need to review the work.
Action needed: Review and accept delivery, or request revision.
Completed
You've accepted the delivery and the order is finished.
Action needed: Leave a review!
Cancelled
The order was cancelled.
Refunded
The order was refunded.
Checking Delivery Deadline
On your order details page, you'll see:
- Estimated Delivery Date — When the order should be completed
- Time Remaining — Days/hours until deadline
Communicating About Your Order
Use the Order Chat feature to:
- Ask questions about progress
- Provide additional information
- Discuss any concerns
- Receive updates from your Zinner
Order Notifications
You'll receive notifications via:
- Email — For major updates (delivery, status changes)
- On-site — Notifications when logged in
Make sure your email is correct and check your spam folder if you're not receiving notifications.
