Viewing Your Orders

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click on Orders or Services

  4. See all your current and past orders


Understanding Order Statuses
Your order will display one of these statuses:

Awaiting Requirements
You haven't submitted your requirements yet. The Zinner is waiting for information to begin work.
Action needed: Submit your requirements.

In Progress / Processing
The Zinner has received your requirements and is working on your order. The countdown to delivery is active.
Action needed: None — wait for delivery or message if you have questions.

Delivered / Awaiting Acceptance
The Zinner has submitted final delivery. You need to review the work.
Action needed: Review and accept delivery, or request revision.

Completed
You've accepted the delivery and the order is finished.
Action needed: Leave a review!

Cancelled
The order was cancelled.

Refunded
The order was refunded.

Checking Delivery Deadline
On your order details page, you'll see:


  • Estimated Delivery Date — When the order should be completed

  • Time Remaining — Days/hours until deadline


Communicating About Your Order
Use the Order Chat feature to:


  • Ask questions about progress

  • Provide additional information

  • Discuss any concerns

  • Receive updates from your Zinner


Order Notifications
You'll receive notifications via:


  • Email — For major updates (delivery, status changes)

  • On-site — Notifications when logged in


Make sure your email is correct and check your spam folder if you're not receiving notifications.
