How to Place an Order

Ready to hire a Zinner? Here's your step-by-step guide to placing an order on Zinn Hub.

Step 1: Select Your Zinn

  1. Find the service you want

  2. Review the description and pricing

  3. Make sure it fits your needs


Step 2: Choose Add-Ons (Optional)
Many Zinns offer extras you can add:


  • Faster delivery

  • Additional revisions

  • Extra features

  • Extended support


Select any add-ons you want by checking the boxes or selecting options.

Step 3: Add to Cart

  1. Click Add to Cart

  2. You'll see a confirmation

  3. Either continue shopping or proceed to checkout


Step 4: Review Your Cart

  1. Click on the cart icon

  2. Review your items

  3. Make sure everything is correct

  4. Update quantities or remove items if needed


Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

  1. Click Proceed to Checkout

  2. If not logged in, you'll be asked to log in or create an account

  3. Fill in your billing details


Step 6: Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method:


  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • Cryptocurrency


Step 7: Complete Payment

  1. Enter your payment details

  2. Review the total

  3. Click Place Order

  4. Wait for payment confirmation


Step 8: Submit Your Requirements
This is crucial! After payment:


  1. You'll be redirected to the requirements page

  2. Answer all the Zinner's questions

  3. Upload any necessary files

  4. Click Submit Requirements


⚠️ Important: Your order doesn't officially start until you submit requirements. The delivery countdown begins after submission.

What Happens Next?
After submitting requirements:


  1. The Zinner receives notification

  2. They begin working on your order

  3. You can track progress in My Account

  4. Use order messaging for any communication


Order Confirmation
You'll receive:


  • On-screen confirmation with order number

  • Email confirmation with order details

  • The order will appear in your account


Keep your order number — You'll need it if you contact support.
