How to Place an Order
Ready to hire a Zinner? Here's your step-by-step guide to placing an order on Zinn Hub.

Step 1: Select Your Zinn
- Find the service you want
- Review the description and pricing
- Make sure it fits your needs
Step 2: Choose Add-Ons (Optional)
Many Zinns offer extras you can add:
- Faster delivery
- Additional revisions
- Extra features
- Extended support
Select any add-ons you want by checking the boxes or selecting options.
Step 3: Add to Cart
- Click Add to Cart
- You'll see a confirmation
- Either continue shopping or proceed to checkout
Step 4: Review Your Cart
- Click on the cart icon
- Review your items
- Make sure everything is correct
- Update quantities or remove items if needed
Step 5: Proceed to Checkout
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- If not logged in, you'll be asked to log in or create an account
- Fill in your billing details
Step 6: Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency
Step 7: Complete Payment
- Enter your payment details
- Review the total
- Click Place Order
- Wait for payment confirmation
Step 8: Submit Your Requirements
This is crucial! After payment:
- You'll be redirected to the requirements page
- Answer all the Zinner's questions
- Upload any necessary files
- Click Submit Requirements
⚠️ Important: Your order doesn't officially start until you submit requirements. The delivery countdown begins after submission.
What Happens Next?
After submitting requirements:
- The Zinner receives notification
- They begin working on your order
- You can track progress in My Account
- Use order messaging for any communication
Order Confirmation
You'll receive:
- On-screen confirmation with order number
- Email confirmation with order details
- The order will appear in your account
Keep your order number — You'll need it if you contact support.
