Receiving and Accepting Delivery

When your Zinner completes your order, they'll send a final delivery. Here's what to do next.

How Delivery Works

  1. The Zinner completes your work

  2. They submit a Final Delivery through the order system

  3. You receive a notification

  4. You review the delivered work

  5. You accept or request revision


Reviewing Your Delivery
When you receive delivery:


  1. Go to your order in My Account

  2. View the delivery message and files

  3. Download and review everything carefully

  4. Test any functional deliverables (websites, code, etc.)


What to Check
✅ Does it match what you ordered?
✅ Is everything from the description included?
✅ Are all files present and working?
✅ Does it meet your requirements?
✅ Is the quality acceptable?

Accepting Delivery
If you're satisfied with the work:


  1. Click Accept Delivery (or similar button)

  2. The order will be marked as completed

  3. You'll be prompted to leave a review


Important: Once you accept, the order is final. Make sure you're completely satisfied before accepting.

Requesting a Revision
If changes are needed:


  1. Use the Order Chat to communicate with your Zinner

  2. Clearly explain what needs to be changed

  3. Reference specific items from your original requirements

  4. The Zinner will revise and re-deliver


Revision Guidelines

  • Revisions must be within the original order scope

  • Check how many revisions are included in the Zinn

  • Be specific about what needs changing

  • Don't request entirely new work as a "revision"


Auto-Completion
If you don't respond to a delivery within a certain period (5 days is default), the order will auto-complete. This protects Zinners from unresponsive buyers.

To prevent auto-completion, make sure you:

  • Check your emails regularly

  • Review deliveries promptly

  • Communicate if you need more time


After Completion

Once your order is complete:


  1. Leave a review — Help other buyers and reward good Zinners

  2. Download all files — Save everything you need

  3. Keep records — Save order details for your records


Problems With Delivery?
If there's a genuine issue with what was delivered:


  1. First, communicate with your Zinner via order chat

  2. Clearly explain the problem

  3. Give them a chance to resolve it

  4. If unresolved, contact support
