Buying services on Zinn Hub is simple and straightforward. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Browse Services
Visit our Zinns page to browse available services, or use the search bar to find exactly what you need. You can also browse by category.
Step 2: Review Listings
Each Zinn (service listing) includes:
- Description — What the service includes
- Pricing — Base price and any available add-ons
- Delivery Time — How long the service takes
- Seller Information — About the Zinner offering the service
- Reviews — Ratings from previous buyers
Step 3: Ask Questions (Optional)
Have questions before purchasing? Use the Contact Seller button to message the Zinner directly. This is great for:
- Clarifying what's included
- Discussing custom requirements
- Checking availability
Step 4: Place Your Order
When you're ready:
- Select any add-ons you want
- Click Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Complete payment
Step 5: Submit Requirements
After payment, you'll be asked to provide any information the Zinner needs to complete your order. This might include:
- Project details
- Files or assets
- Preferences or specifications
Important: Your order officially starts once you submit your requirements.
Step 6: Track Your Order
Monitor your order progress from your My Account page. You can:
- View order status
- Message your Zinner
- Upload additional files
- Track the delivery deadline
Step 7: Receive Delivery
When your Zinner completes the work, they'll send a Final Delivery. You can then:
- Accept — If you're happy with the work
- Request Revision — If changes are needed (within the Zinner's revision policy)
Step 8: Leave a Review
After accepting delivery, you can rate and review your Zinner. Your feedback helps other buyers and rewards great sellers!
