When Can I Request a Refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the situation:

Likely Eligible

  • ✅ Order not delivered by deadline (without communication/extension)

  • ✅ Delivery completely missing what was promised

  • ✅ Zinner unresponsive and work not started

  • ✅ Duplicate charge or payment error


Requires Review

  • ⚠️ Quality disputes

  • ⚠️ Partial deliveries

  • ⚠️ Disagreements about scope


Generally Not Eligible

  • ❌ Change of mind after delivery acceptance

  • ❌ Issues not raised during the order

  • ❌ Requests outside original order scope

  • ❌ Personal preference differences (subjective quality)


How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Your Zinner First
Many issues can be resolved directly:


  1. Use the order chat to explain the problem

  2. Give them a chance to fix it or offer a solution

  3. Document the conversation


Step 2: Contact Support
If you can't resolve it directly:


  1. Submit a support ticket

  2. Include your order number

  3. Explain the situation in detail

  4. Attach any relevant screenshots

  5. Explain what resolution you're seeking


Step 3: Support Review
Our team will:


  1. Review the order details

  2. Examine messages and deliveries

  3. Consider both parties' perspectives

  4. Make a fair decision


Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:


  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)

  • You'll receive confirmation when processed
