The Zinn Ambassador Programme - Complete Guide
Earn Commission Referring Buyers & Sellers
Zinn Digital™ LTD
Last Update 16 hours ago
The Zinn Ambassador Programme is Zinn Hub's brand ambassador programme. It rewards approved ambassadors with 10% commission for 12 months on every order from the buyers and freelancers they bring to the platform, plus a three-tier activation bonus stack worth up to $22.50 per qualified freelancer recruited, plus monthly leaderboard cash prizes.
It is not an auto-approve affiliate scheme. Every application is reviewed individually. We approve people who have a real audience, a credible promotion plan, and a proper understanding of what Zinn Hub is and who it serves.

The two earning tracks
Ambassadors apply for one or both tracks. Each is reviewed independently. You can start on one and add the other later.
Buyer Track — refer people who hire on Zinn Hub. You earn 10% commission on every order they place for 12 months from their first purchase. The 10% applies to everything: Zinns (individual services), Projects, Custom Offers, Pro and Agency memberships (which renew monthly, so you keep earning every month they stay subscribed), and any add-ons or upgrades.
Freelancer Track — refer people who sell on Zinn Hub. You earn a three-tier activation bonus stack as they hit quality milestones, then 10% of every order they fulfil for 12 months from their first sale.
Both tracks — apply for both upfront, or add the second later. Approved on both = you earn on both AND compete on both monthly leaderboards.
How to apply
Visit https://zinnhub.com/ambassador-programme/ and click "Apply Now." The application asks you to:
- Pick the track(s) you want to apply for
- Describe your audience, channels, and reach
- Tell us specifically how you plan to promote Zinn Hub
- Confirm you've read and agree to the Ambassador Terms
We review every application individually. Vague answers, weak promotion plans, or no audience evidence typically get declined. If declined, you can reapply after a short cooldown — make the next application specific and credible.
Approval and activation
Once approved, your ambassador dashboard activates at https://zinnhub.com/ambassador-dashboard/ with your unique referral link, link generator, earnings tracker, and all management tools.
Approval comes with binding conditions. Every ambassador agrees to the full Ambassador Terms on application. Those terms cover earnings, payouts, conduct, pauses, clawbacks, and termination. The standards in this article are the same standards enforced under those terms.
Approval is not permanent. Ambassadors who consistently fail to convert real referrals, miss compliance checks, or who breach the terms may be flagged with cohort warnings, paused, or removed. Quality is monitored continuously.
Your dashboard
Your dashboard is the operating system for managing your referrals, earnings, and compliance. It has two main areas:
The top section (always visible) shows five blocks:
- Your ambassador status — your current state (active, paused, etc) with any active issues spelled out
- Earnings summary — held, available, all-time totals
- Monthly ambassador self-promo check — the panel where you submit your monthly check
- Referral link generator — build tracked links to any page on Zinn Hub
- Your referrals — cards for every person you've referred, with live status pills and one-click actions
The bottom tabbed section has five tabs:
- Visits — every click on your link, with country, device, source, and whether it converted
- History — every earning, hold, release, payout, and reversal in chronological order, with reasons attached
- Settings — payout method, notification preferences, profile
- Leaderboard — live current-month standings for both tracks
- User Guide — the long-form ambassador handbook with everything in one place
How commissions work
Your commission rate is 10% on the order value for both buyers and freelancers, and runs for 12 months — from the buyer's first purchase, or from the freelancer's first sale.
There is no cap on the number of referrals or the commission earned per referral. The more active referrals you have, the more compounding monthly income you build.
Freelancer Track activation bonuses
When you refer a freelancer, three one-time activation bonuses are credited as they hit quality milestones:
$2.50 — Publish + Profile Bonus — fires when the freelancer publishes a Zinn AND has a complete approved freelancer profile, both within the publish window from their signup. Both events required. Their signup must also be verified within the verification window.
$5.00 — First Order Bonus — fires when their first real order completes, but only after the Publish + Profile gate has already qualified. Without that gate passing first, the first-order bonus never fires.
$15.00 — $500 Sales Milestone Bonus — fires when the freelancer's cumulative completed sales cross $500. This is the "they're a real freelancer" signal — they've traded enough to prove they're substantive.
After all three gates, the 10% per-order commission runs for the full 12 months from their first sale.
Use your own referral link
You can use your own ambassador link for your own purchases on Zinn Hub. Buying other vendors' Zinns through your link earns you 10% back as ambassador commission — a permanent loyalty rebate on what you spend on the platform.
Restriction: if you are also a Zinner (a freelancer selling on Zinn Hub), you cannot earn ambassador commission on your own products. You can still earn 10% back on anything you buy from other vendors.
Zinner stacking
If you are both a Zinner and an Ambassador, you stack three income streams from one account:
- Vendor revenue on your own Zinns (paid at your normal commission rate)
- 10% back on Zinns and services you buy from other vendors using your link
- Ambassador commissions on every buyer and freelancer you refer
The verification window (Freelancer Track)
Every referred freelancer must verify their account within 30 days of signup. Verification is a hard prerequisite — no bonus or commission from that referral can ever pay out without it, regardless of what they do on the platform.
If they fail to verify within 30 days, the referral voids permanently. Any held earnings from them are reversed. No future commissions from that referral will ever fire, even if they later complete profile or trade.
Your dashboard tracks the verification countdown per referral and includes one-click email tools to nudge them. Do not leave unverified referrals to drift.
Self-promo checks
The programme has two compliance checks. Both are required.
Monthly ambassador self-promo check
Once per calendar month, every ambassador uploads evidence that they're promoting Zinn Hub on their own socials. You pick the platform, upload a screenshot of your post, paste the public URL to it, and tick what it links to on Zinn Hub. You can submit up to 5 channels per check.
Freelancer Track ambassadors also include a section in the monthly check showing you're promoting your referred freelancers on your channels.
Buyer Track ambassadors only complete the monthly check — they have no per-referral check.
The check panel is at the top of your dashboard and shows "Done for this month" once submitted and passing.
Per-referral self-promo check (Freelancer Track only)
For each active freelancer referral, every 30 days you upload similar evidence proving they are promoting Zinn Hub on their own channels. Same format: pick platform, screenshot, URL, what it links to.
The per-referral check is on each referral card on your dashboard, with a "Submit check" button when it's due.
Auto-approve and spot-checking
Most submissions auto-approve instantly — about 80% of checks pass automatically without admin involvement. The other 20% are spot-checked by an admin to confirm the evidence is real and the referral really is promoting Zinn Hub.
Some checks are always full-reviewed:
- Your first three submissions ever
- Submissions following any rejection in the last 90 days
- Any resubmission after a rejected check
If a check is rejected, you get one resubmission to fix it. Resubmissions are always fully reviewed.
Pause and suspend timeline
The system gives you "due soon" reminders well in advance of any deadline. If you ignore them:
- Day 25: due-soon notice
- Day 28: warning email
- Day 30 overdue: earnings pause. (Per-referral check pauses just that referral. Monthly check pauses ambassador-wide.) Submit a passing check to restore.
- Day 44 overdue: your ambassador account is auto-suspended. You're removed from both leaderboards. All earnings pause until you complete the overdue checks and we reinstate you.
Earnings, holds, and payouts
Every earning is credited in a held state first. After 30 days it automatically releases to your available balance. This 30-day window covers refunds and reversals — if the underlying event reverses during that period, the corresponding earning is reversed automatically.
Once released to available, earnings auto-pay out in the next monthly payout run, between the 1st and 3rd of every month. No manual withdrawal needed.
Example timeline: an earning created on March 15 → releases on April 14 → auto-pays out in the May 1–3 run.
Leaderboard prizes finalise on the 1st of each month and credit directly to your available balance, paying out in the same monthly run via your chosen method.
Payout methods
Six options. Set your preferred method in the Settings tab and change it any time.
- Zinn Wallet — credit to your Zinn Hub wallet, spend on platform services
- PayPal — direct to the email associated with your PayPal account
- Stripe Connect — bank transfer via Stripe
- Payoneer — global payouts via your Payoneer account
- USDT — TRC20 (Tron) or BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain)
- USDC — Solana or Polygon
For crypto, double-check your wallet address — cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

What pauses your earnings
Pauses are temporary and fixable. Earnings on the affected referral (or ambassador-wide, for some causes) hold until the issue is resolved, then auto-restore.
Per-referral pauses:
- Referral hasn't verified yet — they have 30 days from signup to verify. After Day 30 the referral voids permanently (clawback, not pause).
- Referral's social links missing — they haven't added social links within 30 days. Dashboard email template available.
- Referral not in Telegram — they haven't joined the Zinn Hub Telegram community within 30 days.
- Referral's store paused — the platform has paused them (inactivity, complaint, etc). Auto-restores when reactivated.
- Referral's store on vacation — they've enabled vacation mode. Auto-restores when they reopen.
- Per-referral self-promo check overdue (Freelancer Track) — submit a passing check to restore.
- Email health issues — bouncing or invalid email on either side.
- QA review pending — that referral is under quality review.
Ambassador-wide pauses:
- Monthly ambassador self-promo check overdue — pauses all your earnings until you submit a passing check.
- Ambassador account suspended — typically follows Day 44 of an overdue check or a manual suspension by an admin.
What permanently reverses (clawbacks)
Clawbacks are permanent reversals. Earnings are removed from your balance and cannot be restored. All clawbacks are tied to actual platform events and traceable in your History tab.
- Buyer refunded the order — full refund voids the commission, partial refund reduces it proportionally. Happens during the 30-day hold window.
- Referred freelancer failed QA — all earnings from that freelancer reversed.
- Referred freelancer banned or removed — all earnings from them clawed back.
- Referred user never verified within 30 days — referral voids permanently. Any held bonuses reversed.
- Profile unpublished after a bonus was credited — bonus clawed back, offset against future earnings.
- Self-referrals or fraud detected — account termination plus forfeit of all earnings.
- Referral removed by admin — typically following the Report-a-Problem flow or a platform-side decision (covered below).
Reporting a problem with a referral
If a referral has gone dark, stopped responding, or is showing signs they won't follow through on the activation gates, you can report a problem to admin from their referral card.
How it works:
- Click the "Report a Problem" button on the referral's card.
- Fill in the modal: what's wrong (unresponsive / inactive / suspected non-genuine / other), what you've tried, and evidence of your outreach (email screenshots, dates, channels attempted).
- While the report is being reviewed, that referral's earnings pause and a "Report under review" pill appears on the card.
- An admin reviews and resolves with one of three outcomes:
- No action — admin determines the referral is fine and earnings resume.
- Admin-resolved (referral fixed) — admin contacts the referral and gets them back on track. Earnings resume.
- Removed by admin — referral is genuinely problematic and gets the removed_by_admin status. All earnings from them are clawed back; no future commissions.
The Report flow is for when something is genuinely wrong — not as a shortcut to skip a referral you forgot to support. Outreach evidence is required. Reports without evidence are dismissed.
Removing a referral yourself
You cannot directly remove a referral from your account. Referrals are tied to a real signup event and removing them is a platform-side action.
If you want a referral removed, use the Report-a-Problem flow above and provide evidence. If the report is valid, admin marks them removed_by_admin and they no longer count toward your earnings, statuses, or leaderboard.
If you want to leave the programme yourself, contact us via the chat widget or email. We'll close your ambassador account, complete any final pending payouts, and remove you from future leaderboards.
Referral statuses
Each referral card on your dashboard shows live status pills. The most common:
- Active — verified, productive, earnings flowing
- Pending verification — within the 30-day verification window
- Paused — earnings on hold; the pill tells you which condition (socials missing, not in Telegram, store paused, etc)
- Awaiting QA review — under platform quality review
- Inactive — referral hasn't done anything in a while
- Inactive (quality) — escalation status after sustained inactivity
- Inactive (no login) — referral hasn't logged in for a long period
- Removed by admin — clawback state, earnings reversed
- Report under review — your Report-a-Problem is being processed
- Voided (verification failed) — never verified in 30 days, permanent
Each pill has a one-click action attached — fix the issue, email the referral, or take the recommended next step.
Promotional guidelines
You can share your referral link on any platform: socials, blogs, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, forums, Telegram, anywhere you have an audience.
Required standards:
- Honest promotion only. Don't overpromise, don't misrepresent what Zinn Hub is, don't make claims we don't make ourselves.
- No incentivised purchases. Don't pay people to click your link and buy. Fraud detection catches it, earnings clawed back.
- No self-referrals. Don't refer yourself or your own alt accounts. This is fraud and results in termination plus forfeit of all earnings.
- No spam. Don't post your link in places that violate the host platform's rules.
- No misleading claims about earnings, platform behaviour, or features.
Repeated or serious breaches result in suspension or termination of your ambassador account.
Monthly leaderboards
Each track has its own monthly leaderboard. Both leaderboards finalise on the 1st of each month.
Rankings are by total qualifying conversion count for the month — not by commission value. Each qualifying first purchase, Publish + Profile Bonus, First Order Bonus, and $500 Sales Milestone counts as one conversion on the relevant leaderboard. This rewards depth of activity rather than single big-ticket orders.
Live current-month standings are visible at https://zinnhub.com/ambassador-programme/ and on the Leaderboard tab in your dashboard.
The full prize structure (1st place, 2nd–3rd, 4th–10th) and the cohort-participation rules that govern prize payouts are detailed in the Ambassador Terms at https://zinnhub.com/ambassador-terms/. Current live prize amounts are always shown at the top of the leaderboard.
If your ambassador account is suspended or you carry a Bad Standing flag, you are removed from the leaderboard for that period and do not qualify for prizes.
Quality monitoring and ongoing standing
Beyond the self-promo checks, the platform continuously monitors ambassador quality. Common signals that affect your standing:
- Cohort warnings — issued when your referrals show poor activation rates or quality issues
- Final quality warning — escalation before suspension
- Bad Standing badge — visible on the leaderboard; means you're flagged but not yet suspended
- Auto-suspension — triggered by Day 44 of any overdue check, or by accumulated quality issues
- Manual removal by admin — for serious breaches of the terms
The goal of monitoring is the same as the goal of the programme: real activity, real referrals, real recurring income. Ambassadors who deliver that have no contact with the warning system. Ambassadors who drift do.
Who can become an ambassador
The programme suits people with an existing audience or community that genuinely benefits from quality freelance services. Strong fits include:
- SEO bloggers and content creators
- YouTubers and TikTok creators in relevant niches
- Community managers and group owners
- Newsletter operators
- Digital marketers and agency owners
- Podcast hosts and influencers
- Web developers and freelancers with peer networks
- Educators teaching freelance or business skills
You don't need to be a marketing expert. You do need an audience and a credible plan to reach them. You can be both a Zinner and an Ambassador — the two earnings systems track independently.
Telegram membership
Telegram membership is part of the programme. The Zinn Hub Telegram is where leaderboard standings, programme updates, payout announcements, and community discussion happen. You'll be given the invite link on approval.
