Core Terms
Zinn
A Zinn is a service listing on our marketplace. When a seller creates a service to offer, that's a Zinn. Think of it like a "gig" on other platforms.
Example: "I just published a new Zinn for logo design!"
Zinner
A Zinner is a seller or freelancer on Zinn Hub. Zinners create Zinns (services) and sell them to Zinnectors (buyers).
Example: "As a Zinner, I specialise in SEO services."
Zinnector
A Zinnector is a buyer or client on Zinn Hub. Zinnectors browse and purchase Zinns from Zinners.
Example: "The Zinnector loved my work and left a 5-star review!"
Zinnecting
Zinnecting is the act of connecting, buying, selling, or collaborating on Zinn Hub.
Example: "Start Zinnecting today and grow your business!"
Order & Delivery Terms
Order Requirements
Information the buyer provides after purchase so the seller can begin work. Requirements might include project details, files, preferences, etc.
Delivery Time
The number of days a Zinner has to complete an order after receiving requirements.
Final Delivery
When a Zinner submits their completed work for the buyer to review.
Revision
A request from the buyer for changes to the delivered work (subject to the Zinner's revision policy).
Account Terms
Zinner Dashboard
The control panel where sellers manage their store, products, orders, and settings.
Storefront
A Zinner's public profile page where buyers can view their services and information.
Commission
The percentage Zinn Hub takes from each sale. Our rates start at 0% for your first $500!
Payment Terms
Payout
When earnings are transferred to a Zinner's connected payment account.
Add-On / Extra
Additional services buyers can add to their order for an extra fee.
