What Are Seller Badges?

Seller badges are visual trust indicators displayed on your Zinn listings. They help buyers quickly assess a seller's credibility, experience, and activity level. Up to four badges can be shown simultaneously on each listing, and they're earned automatically based on your account status and selling activity on the platform.

Badges appear below the seller name on your Zinn listing pages and are visible to all buyers browsing the marketplace.

Badge Types
✔ Verified

The Verified badge confirms that Zinn Hub has verified your identity and account. This is a manual verification carried out by the Zinn Hub team and indicates that you are a genuine seller on the platform.

What it tells buyers: "This seller has been personally verified by Zinn Hub." It provides an immediate layer of trust, especially for buyers who are considering placing their first order.

🛡 Trusted Zinner

The Trusted Zinner badge is a platform endorsement awarded by the Zinn Hub team. It indicates that a seller has demonstrated consistent professionalism, quality of service, and reliability over time.

What it tells buyers: "This is a platform-endorsed seller that Zinn Hub trusts." This is one of the most valuable badges a seller can earn, as it represents a direct recommendation from the platform itself.

🔥 Hot Zinner / ⬆ Rising Zinner

These activity badges reflect your recent selling momentum on the platform. Only one of the two is shown at a time, based on your order volume over the last 30 days:

• 🔥 Hot Zinner — Shown when a seller has a strong volume of recent orders, indicating high demand for their services.
• ⬆ Rising Zinner — Shown when a seller is building momentum with growing recent orders, indicating an upward trend.

What it tells buyers: "This seller is actively fulfilling orders and is in demand right now." Buyers often prefer sellers who are currently active, as it means faster response times and proven recent delivery.
💡 Tip: Activity badges update automatically. The more orders you complete, the higher your activity badge climbs. Keep delivering great work consistently and these badges take care of themselves.

Zinner Levels (1–5)

Every seller on Zinn Hub has a level badge that reflects their overall experience on the platform. Levels are based on your lifetime completed order count and progress automatically as you grow your business:

• ⭐ Level 1 — You're just getting started. Every seller begins here. Complete your first orders and build your reputation.
• ⭐⭐ Level 2 — You're building a track record. Buyers can see you have consistent order history.
• 🥉 Level 3 — A significant milestone. You've proven yourself as a reliable seller with solid experience.
• 🥈 Level 4 — An experienced professional. Your order history demonstrates sustained quality over a large number of deliveries.
• 🥇 Level 5 — The highest level on Zinn Hub. You're an elite seller with an exceptional track record of completed orders.

What it tells buyers: "This seller has completed a significant number of orders on Zinn Hub." Higher levels give buyers confidence that a seller has the experience to deliver reliably.
💡 Tip: Levels are earned through completed orders over your entire history on the platform. They never decrease — your level only goes up as you complete more work.

AI Usage Declaration

Every Zinn listing on Zinn Hub includes an AI usage declaration. When creating a Zinn in the wizard, sellers must declare whether they use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar) in delivering the service. This declaration is mandatory and is displayed on the listing for full transparency.

🤖 AI Assisted Service

This badge means the seller uses AI tools as part of their workflow to deliver this service. This could include using AI for content generation, image creation, code assistance, data analysis, or any other aspect of the deliverables.

What it tells buyers: "This seller uses AI tools to help deliver this service." This is not a negative indicator — many professional services are enhanced by AI. The badge simply ensures buyers know what to expect and can make an informed choice.

✋ Human Only

This badge means the seller does not use any AI tools in delivering this service. All work is done entirely by the seller (and their team, if applicable) without AI assistance.

What it tells buyers: "All work for this service is done by a human, with no AI tools involved." Some buyers specifically seek human-only services — for example, for creative writing, original artwork, or services where a personal touch matters. This badge helps them find exactly what they're looking for.

Why Is AI Declaration Required?

Transparency builds trust. Buyers on Zinn Hub deserve to know whether the work they're purchasing involves AI tools. Some buyers prefer AI-assisted services for speed and efficiency; others prefer human-only services for originality and personal expertise. By requiring every seller to declare their AI usage upfront, we ensure buyers can make informed decisions and choose the right seller for their needs.

The AI declaration is set per Zinn — if you offer multiple services, some may use AI while others don't. You declare the usage for each listing individually.
