When You Can Review
Buyers can review after:
- Accepting final delivery
- Order completion
Zinners may be able to rate buyers depending on platform features.
Writing Good Reviews
Be Honest
Rate based on your actual experience. Don't inflate or deflate ratings.
Be Specific
Mention what worked well and what didn't. Generic reviews aren't helpful.
Be Fair
Consider:
- What was promised vs. delivered
- Price point
- Communication quality
- Deadline adherence
Be Constructive
Criticism should help others make decisions, not attack the person.
Review Content Guidelines
Include:
- What you ordered
- Quality of communication
- Whether expectations were met
- Timeliness
- Overall satisfaction
Don't Include:
- Personal attacks
- Profanity
- Discriminatory language
- False claims
- Unrelated complaints
- Personal information
Star Ratings
⭐ 1 Star: Serious problems, not delivered, or fraudulent
⭐⭐ 2 Stars: Below expectations, significant issues
⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars: Average, met basic requirements only
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars: Good, above expectations
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars: Excellent, exceptional experience
Responding to Reviews
For Zinners
Some platforms allow response to reviews:
- Thank positive reviewers
- Address concerns professionally
- Don't argue or attack
- Show you care about feedback
Prohibited Review Practices
- Fake reviews (buying/selling reviews)
- Reviewing your own services
- Extortion ("give me extra or I'll leave bad review")
- Removing negative reviews through threats
- Trading reviews
Reporting Review Abuse
If you believe a review violates guidelines:
- Contact support
- Explain the violation
- Provide the review in question
- We'll investigate
Reviews may be removed if they violate policies.
