Step 1: Direct Communication
Most issues can be resolved between buyer and seller.
For Buyers
- Clearly explain the issue to your Zinner
- Reference your original requirements
- Give specific feedback
- Allow time for resolution
For Zinners
- Listen to the buyer's concerns
- Review the original order
- Offer reasonable solutions
- Stay professional
Step 2: Good Faith Effort
Before escalating:
- Re-read the Zinn description and requirements
- Review all order communications
- Consider the other party's perspective
- Attempt compromise
Step 3: Contact Support
If direct resolution fails:
- Submit a support ticket
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- What resolution you're seeking
- Evidence (screenshots, etc.)
- Steps already taken to resolve
