How Delivery Times Are Set
Each Zinn has a delivery time set by the Zinner — the number of days they need to complete the order.

Example: A Zinn with "3-day delivery" means the Zinner commits to delivering within 3 days.

When the Countdown Starts
Important: The delivery countdown does NOT start at purchase. It starts when:

✅ Payment is complete
AND the buyer has submitted requirements

If a buyer takes 2 days to submit requirements on a 3-day delivery Zinn, the Zinner has 3 days from requirement submission — not from purchase.

Calculating the Deadline
Formula:
Deadline = Requirements Submitted Date + Delivery Days

Example:


  • Zinn delivery time: 5 days

  • Order placed: Monday

  • Requirements submitted: Wednesday

  • Deadline: The following Monday (5 days from Wednesday)


Add-On Delivery Extensions
Some add-ons extend delivery time:


  • "Extra revisions (+1 day)"

  • "Additional features (+2 days)"


These are added to the base delivery time.

Some add-ons reduce delivery time:


  • "Express 24-hour delivery (-2 days)"


Meeting Deadlines (For Zinners)
Why Deadlines Matter

  • Late deliveries hurt your reputation

  • Buyers may request cancellation

  • Your ratings can be affected

  • It impacts buyer trust


Tips for Meeting Deadlines

  • Set realistic delivery times

  • Account for revisions

  • Track all your orders

  • Communicate early if issues arise

  • Don't over-commit


If You Can't Meet a Deadline

  1. Message the buyer BEFORE the deadline

  2. Explain the situation honestly

  3. Propose a new timeline

  4. Get their agreement


Example:


"Hi! I wanted to give you an update on your order. I've made great progress but need an extra day to ensure quality. Would you be okay extending the deadline to [date]? I want to make sure you get the best result."


Deadline Extensions
Buyer-Approved Extensions
If both parties agree, the deadline can be extended through communication.

System Extensions
Some situations may allow system-level extensions (e.g., buyer requested changes that require more time).

Late Deliveries
If a Zinner delivers late:


  • Buyers may be entitled to cancellation

  • It affects the Zinner's performance metrics

  • Reviews may mention the delay

  • Repeated lateness can impact account standing


For Buyers: What If Delivery Is Late?

  1. Check order chat for any messages

  2. Send a polite inquiry to the Zinner

  3. Wait a reasonable time for response

  4. If no response and significantly late, contact support
