Order Cancellation Scenarios
Before Requirements Submitted
If you (buyer) haven't submitted requirements:


  • Cancellation may be straightforward

  • Contact the Zinner or support

  • Full refund is typically possible


After Requirements, Before Delivery
Once work has begun:


  • Cancellation is more complex

  • Partial work may have been done

  • Resolution depends on circumstances

  • Contact support for assistance


After Delivery
After the Zinner delivers:


  • Focus should be on revisions first

  • Refunds are harder to justify

  • Contact support for disputes


Requesting Cancellation (Buyers)

  1. First, communicate with your Zinner

  2. Explain why you want to cancel

  3. Try to reach mutual agreement

  4. If unable to resolve, contact support


Valid reasons for cancellation:


  • Order not delivered by deadline (with no communication)

  • Zinner unresponsive

  • Service clearly not as described

  • Mutual agreement to cancel


Generally not valid:


  • Changed your mind

  • Found cheaper alternative

  • Project no longer needed (after work done)

  • Subjective quality preferences


Handling Cancellation Requests (Zinners)
If a buyer requests cancellation:


  1. Understand their reason

  2. Try to resolve the issue

  3. Consider if cancellation is fair

  4. If you agree, the order can be cancelled

  5. If you disagree, explain why and/or involve support


Mutual Cancellation
The easiest cancellation is when both parties agree. This typically results in:


  • Full refund to buyer

  • No negative impact on Zinner

  • Clean resolution for everyone


Disputed Cancellations
When parties disagree:


  1. Either party can escalate to support

  2. Support reviews the situation

  3. Decision is made based on evidence

  4. Order details, messages, and deliveries are considered


Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:


  • Funds return to original payment method

  • Processing time varies (typically 5-10 business days)

  • You'll receive confirmation
