Account Restrictions, Suspensions & Bans
Understanding why your account may be restricted and what you can do about it.

Zinn Hub is built on trust. Every Zinner (seller), Zinnector (buyer), and ambassador plays a part in keeping our platform safe, professional, and fair for everyone. To protect our community, we operate automated and manual enforcement systems that monitor activity across the platform around the clock.
When our systems detect behaviour that violates our Terms & Conditions, we take proportionate action ~ ranging from gentle reminders all the way through to permanent account bans. This article explains the types of enforcement action we take, why they happen, and what your options are.Types of Account Restriction
Not all enforcement actions are the same. Depending on the severity and nature of the issue, your account may be subject to one or more of the following:
1. Account Pause (Temporary)
A temporary pause means your store and services are hidden from buyers while we investigate or while you resolve an issue. Common reasons include:
- Extended inactivity with no response to our check-in messages
- An invalid or unreachable email address on your account
- A pending quality assurance review that requires your attention
- Temporary technical concerns that need resolving before your store can remain live
2. Quality Assurance Hold
All sellers on Zinn Hub may be called for a Quality Assurance (QA) review at any time. This is a standard part of operating on a professional marketplace and is not a punishment. During a QA hold:
- Your ability to create or edit services may be temporarily restricted
- Pending payouts may be held until the review is complete
- You will receive clear instructions on what is needed from you
3. Permanent Ban
A permanent ban is the most serious enforcement action and is reserved for confirmed violations of our Terms & Conditions. When an account is permanently banned, the following occurs:
- Your store and all listed services are removed from public view
- You will no longer be able to log in to your Zinn Hub account
- Your messaging privileges are revoked
- Any active subscriptions held by your buyers are cancelled, and those buyers receive a compensation coupon and notification from us
- Your membership subscription is cancelled
- You are removed from the Zinn Hub community channels, including our Telegram group
- External links and promotional URLs associated with your account are removed
- Your email address is added to our platform blocklist to prevent re-registration
If you have been banned and attempt to create a new account using a different email address or identity, our systems are designed to detect this. Ban evasion is treated as a separate and additional violation, and any new accounts will be removed immediately.
Reasons You May Be Banned
The following are the most common reasons accounts are permanently banned from Zinn Hub. This list is not exhaustive ~ we reserve the right to take action on any behaviour that undermines the safety or integrity of our marketplace.
Fraud & Identity Violations
- Operating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform or inflate activity
- Creating fake accounts, whether for yourself or on behalf of others
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Attempting to manipulate payout systems or exploit payment processes
- Using stolen payment methods or facilitating unauthorised transactions
Referral & Ambassador Abuse
- Referring fake or inactive accounts through the ambassador programme to earn referral rewards
- Creating self-referral loops or using disposable accounts to generate fraudulent commissions
- Coordinating with others to artificially inflate referral numbers
Contact Sharing & Off-Platform Deals
- Sharing personal contact details (email, phone, social media handles, messaging app usernames) with buyers or sellers to arrange transactions outside Zinn Hub
- Soliciting or encouraging others to communicate or transact off-platform
- Embedding contact information in service descriptions, images, messages, or custom offers
Harassment, Abuse & Prohibited Content
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members of the platform
- Listing services that violate our Acceptable Use Policy
- Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Spamming other users via messages, custom offers, or buyer requests
Quality & Compliance Failures
- Repeatedly failing quality assurance checks
- Refusing to cooperate with a QA review or provide requested documentation
- Persistent email deliverability failures after multiple warnings
- Sustained inactivity with no engagement despite repeated outreach from our team
Platform Manipulation
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent platform systems
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes rather than reporting them
- Any activity designed to undermine the fair operation of Zinn Hub
What Happens to Buyers When a Seller Is Banned
We take the impact on buyers seriously. If a seller you have an active subscription with is banned:
- Your subscription is automatically cancelled to protect you from any further charges
- You will receive an email notification explaining the situation, along with a personal ZINNCARE discount coupon as compensation
- The coupon is single-use, exclusive to your email address, and valid for 90 days
- You can browse alternative Zinners immediately at zinnhub.com
Can I Appeal a Ban?
Yes. If you believe your account has been banned in error, or if you feel there are mitigating circumstances we should consider, you can submit an appeal by emailing: office@zinnhub.com
Please include your registered email address, your store name (if applicable), and a clear explanation of why you believe the ban should be reconsidered. All appeals are reviewed by our team and you will receive a response.
Why Can I No Longer Log In?I
f you are unable to log in to your Zinn Hub account, it may be because:
- Your account has been permanently banned ~ you would have received an email notification at the time of the ban explaining the reason.
- Your account is under review ~ in some cases, access is restricted while a quality assurance or fraud investigation is in progress.
- Your email is invalid ~ if our systems detect that your registered email is no longer reachable, your account may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Why Can I Not Join the Telegram Group?
Access to the Zinn Hub Telegram community is linked to your platform account. If you are unable to join or have been removed from the group, this is because:
- Your platform account has been banned, and community access is revoked as part of the enforcement process
- Your email address or identity has been flagged during the Telegram verification process
- You have previously been removed and are attempting to rejoin with different details
Protecting Yourself on Zinn Hub
To ensure your account remains in good standing:
- Keep your registered email address up to date and ensure it can receive messages
- Respond promptly to any QA reviews or communications from our team
- Never share personal contact details with other users on the platform
- Use only one account ~ multiple accounts will be flagged and removed
- Do not attempt to conduct transactions outside of Zinn Hub
- Report suspicious activity or users to [email protected]
